Built for clean and realistic midrange at maximum SPL, DS18's PRO-X10.4M 10' pro midrange driver can deliver concert level output with audiophile quality sound. The lightweight non-pressed paper cone and copper coated aluminum voice coil wire keeps moving mass low for dynamic response. That low mass combined with a powerful motor ensure high efficiency and excellent control. With a massive ferrite magnet and 2' high temperature voice coil former, the PRO-X10.4M can take up to 300 watts RMS continuously with minimal power compression. This driver will be an excellent addition to high output sound systems built to blow away the competition. During the focused R&D period of perfecting the PRO-EXL line, DS18 identified the opportunity to spawn off another line since there was a division amongst competition and concert audiophiles.
